You can be a part of our 2025 Small Works Show!
It's Open to Anyone!
By purchasing one (or two or three) of our 12" x 12" wood panels you are guaranteed a place in the show!
If you're a new artist this is a great opportunity to show your work and participate in an annual celebration of local talent.
Established artists may want to challenge themselves with the fixed panel size and material– remember what it feels like to explore and discover, and be seen doing it!
GENERAL INFORMATION
This exhibition is open to EVERYONE – KHAC members and non-KHAC members
Limit: 3 entries per participant.
The deadline for dropping off work is Wednesday October 29th at 2 pm
WOOD PANELS
Starting September 26th, 12” x 12" wood panels will be available to purchase at the Gallery.
Panels are $10 each (includes all applicable taxes)
KHAC MEMBERS GET 1 FREE PANEL
Non-members can sign up and pay for a membership. This would make them eligible for ONE free panel, and eligible to enter the next exhibition – The Members’ Show, December 7th, 2025 to February 8th, 2026.
This would also cover their Membership from January 1st – December 31st 2026.
A list of KHAC members is available at the Art Gallery, in case you can’t remember if you joined in 2025.

REMINDERS TO ARTISTS
PLEASE:
- Pick up an entry form when you purchase your panels. There is room to enter information for 3 pieces of artwork
- carefully fill out and return that form when you submit your finished artwork.
- check the orientation of the panels (there is a hole drilled at the TOP of each panel, used to hang the artwork on the wall).
- ensure your name and the title of the artwork is clearly displayed on the BACK of your artwork
- do not attach hooks or wires to your artwork, as all the artwork is hung on nails (thus the holes on the back)
- make sure the artwork is dry before submitting it to the gallery.
